Horowitz, featuring a hand painted portrait of Franz Joseph, in uniform wearing several Austrian decorations, signed after N. Horowitz, surrounded by a floral gilt border, and inset in an ivory frame with florals on each corner, the reverse in reinforced with a velvet backing, measures 125mm (w) x 145mm (h) x 12mm (d), light wear, remains in extremely fine condition.
