Constructed in bronze gilt and enamels, a black enamelled cross with five red arrows crossed at centre, with red banner inscription Caesaris Caesari Dei Deo, reverse bears a decorative pin with a stay mounted to the edge of the 3 and 9 oclock arms, measures 70. 9 mm (h) x 70. 8 mm (w), in near mint condition.
