Instituted in 1960 (three piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with white enamels, mounted to a star shaped base in silver gilt with red and white enamels, maker marked "IKOM" on the reverse, measuring 47 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), horizontal pinback with hook, intact enamels). 2.
