Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white piping, borders along both the top and edges by red rayon tresses bearing oak leaves executed in golden yellow celleon wire machine embroidery, overlaid by a central white rayon disc trimmed along the edge with golden yellow celleon wire, in turn bearing a multi piece black rayon mobile swastika similarly trimmed with golden yellow
