Inscribed on reverse: 'Geoffrey Taylor age about three years. Drawn by his father Edward Taylor. Left to Professor Kapitza by Sir Geoffrey October 12th 1976.' Geoffrey Ingram Taylor was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1919. Original: charcoal on paper. ca. 1889
