Germany, Heer. A Silver Grade Infantry Assault Badge Auction scarce in this condition(Infanterie Sturmabzeichen, in Silber). Instituted 2012 December 1939 by Generalfeldmarschall Walther von Brauchitsch. (Issued 1939 1945).
