Constructed of white cotton, the obverse bearing a dyed dark green shield overlaid by a yellow and blue emblem, in turn bearing a tryzub, topped by Cyrillic initials , measuring 65 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
