Constructed of dark blue rayon, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a central machine embroidered silver aluminum wire mobile swastika within a cogwheel, flanked by stylized initials OT of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 405 mm (l), with minor material fatigue and soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition.
