A highly detailed eight pointed star in silver, each arm composed by cluster of nine rounded rays, obverse depicting a superposed Gold monogram of William with a well executed enameled green background, surrounded by an enameled red border inscribed JE MAINTIENDRAI (I will Maintain), encircled by a large detailed green enamel oak wreath with elegant bow tie in
