They both created numerous covers for Collier's Magazine and both illustrated Hart Schaffner & Marx catalogs and advertisements. So it is not a surprising that Paus shares a number of Leyendecker's qualities: a posterized style, great silhouettes, great design, however unlike Leyendecker, he is nearly completely
