In silver with azure blue and white enamels, measuring 39 mm (w) x 42. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, intact enamels, lightly soiled original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Social Merit was instituted on October 25, 1936. It was awarded for meritorious services within institutions concerned with social legislation, in three grades: Commander, Officer and Knight. It was
