A German Institution Administrative Official Belt Buckle Newly Listed maker marked "DAVID CConstructed of cast gilt bronze; the obverse consisting of a large laurel wreath with berries, ribbons on the bottom, and a domed pebbled field with a national eagle wielding a sword in its right talons, and lightning bolts in its left talons; measuring 47 mm in diameter; a gently worn example, with almost all of its original gilt finish remaining; in overall better than very fine condition.
