Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a ten pointed radiant star with alternating red and green enameled arms, with multi faceted surfaces between the arms of the star, the obverse with a central green enameled medallion inscribed with the Royal Cypher of Muhammad IV al Hadi and surrounded by a multi faceted ring, the reverse plain,
