It develops when the flor yeast layer naturally fades on a wine that was initially intended to become a Fino. Using puncheons and hogshead casks that previously held this exceptional Sherry, the whisky develops a beautifully layered character, with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha and warming cinnamon spice. Taste
