Constructed of red wool with a cardboard reinforcement, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with red and black threading, pinned with gilded bronze numerals 126, unmarked, measuring 34 mm (w) x 106 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
