Constructed of cardboard reinforced black wool, the obverse bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, trimmed with red threaded bands, and pinned with dual gilded bronze rank pips, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 112 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
