Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a swastika in mid flight, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, suspended from the wreath by dual loops is a zink plaque bearing a raised number 200 flanked on each side by three laurel leaves, the reverse
