This expression is bottled in bond, and made with 100% rye, resulting in warming, earthy, spicy rye wonderfulness. Brilliant stuff, this. Tasting Note Nose: Brown bread with a layer of Nutella, forest floor, toasted sesame, yellow plum. Palate: Classic peppery rye, with a hint of oily oak developing. Still has some
