Four piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with red enamels, mounted to an eight pointed silver gilt star base, each arm with three emanating rays, with two emanating rays between each arm, the reverse cartouche in silver with blue enamels and number impressed "3467", measuring 50. 5 mm (w) x 67. 2 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels, very light contact, on its original full length neck
