Paraiso is a blend of rums aged 17-32 years

Savoury, smoked oak aromas give way to rich sweetness of caramel, vanilla and tea leaves with a mouth watering liquorice finish. Age: 5 years. 50% column still + 50% pot still rum. Aged in charred ex bourbon American oak casks and finished with mocha oak chips.
