Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Central Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Peterborough under the authority of G. O. 48, May 1, 1916. The Battalion was under the command of Lieutenant Colonel C. H. Ackerman. The Battalion was absorbed into the 236th Infantry Battalion. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
