28 mm diameter - second (rectangular) badge depicts three planes on amber backing
consisting of a traditional Chilean five-armed star in silver with blue enamels
inscribed "KÖLN" (Cologne) and "GLOCKEHGASSE" below
Germany, Luftwaffe. An Air Raid Defence Medal, Ii Class certificate_of_authenticity 1890 in Koenigstein(Luftschutz Ehrenzeichen, II. Stufe). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a round oak leaf wreath with a large mobile swastika in the centre of the award, that is circumscribed FR DIENSTE IM LUFTSCHUTZ (FOR SERVICES IN AIR RAID PROTECTION), on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 38 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
