It features a turned down collar which is flanked on each side by tabs of identical construction, both measuring 30 mm (w) x 60 mm (l). The shoulders are similarly flanked by integral straps with hollow channels. A slit is set into the cuff of each sleeve, both closing with gilded aluminum buckles bearing raised and pebbled five pointed stars, in turn defaced by a
