They are the upgrade over the standard plastic #1952 carriers, and the kit includes everything needed to install: 3x32mm hardened steel hinge pins, six e clips, and hardware. The stub axle carrier holds the rear wheel bearings and takes every impact that comes through the tire landings, curb strikes, and side loads in a slide. Plastic
