Tasting Notes: This Pinot Shiraz is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Shiraz, a deep, rich, crimson red purple. The nose has alluring aromas of spicy red fruits; think dark plums, ripe tamarillo and brooding dark cherry. The varietal aromas are very compatible and well integrated, with a touch of pepper coming from the Shiraz. On the palate, the blend works well; the Pinot Noir provides the
