It is constructed with 3 layer Laminate Gammatex, specifically designed to prevent moisture build up and is both waterproof and windproof. All inner seams are carefully sealed for maximum water resistance and the addition of side gussets provides extra room for comfort. The shell is equipped with tie down loops for securing
