The bouquet is of fresh citrus blossom, sliced apple, gooseberry fool, lemon curd, & blackcurrant notes with a suggestion of crushed herbs & beeswax. Light to medium bodied with a gorgeously rounded, textural mouthfeel. A riper expression showing white peach, lime & grapefruit
